The Casting Division of Nanyang Explosion proof Group Special Machinery Co., Ltd. is a specialized production unit mainly engaged in the production of raw castings such as high and low voltage explosion-proof motor bases, end caps, and components, as well as tool parts, machine repair accessories, and generator castings. The casting materials are mainly high-strength gray iron and ductile iron, as well as copper alloy and aluminum alloy castings. This unit was restructured in 2005 based on the foundry branch of Nanyang Explosion proof Group Co., Ltd. and has independent legal personality. It is a member unit of the China Foundry Association and a vice chairman unit of the Henan Casting and Forging Industry Association.

The workshop includes a model preparation process, a modeling process (clay sand, resin sand, non-ferrous metals), a cleaning process, and a metal processing process. We have an annual production capacity of 15000 tons of castings and corresponding processing capabilities.

The smelting process is equipped with a 5-ton medium frequency electromagnetic induction furnace, a 5-ton hot air high-efficiency blast furnace, and a 1-ton non-ferrous metal induction furnace, which can produce more than 20000 tons of molten iron annually.

The company is equipped with corresponding casting testing equipment and strictly controls according to the JJF1112 measurement system requirements. Can effectively inspect the mechanical properties, chemical composition, row size, and surface quality of castings to ensure that the casting quality meets the specified requirements.

The workshop has processing capabilities such as CNC machining centers, CNC milling and boring, 1.25-3.4 meter vertical lathes, and CNC end boring, which can meet the core process processing of various castings.

The "CNE" brand explosion-proof motors provided by the Casting Division to the group company have filled multiple gaps in China's explosion-proof motors. Among them, the small and efficient energy-saving motor has been jointly awarded the "National Key New Product" by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Bureau of Commerce, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the State Environmental Protection Administration, and has become the first to obtain national energy-saving certification; Nima and IEC high-efficiency electromechanical products with international leading level are exported to the US and Australian markets.

The CNE brand explosion-proof motor was named a "high-tech enterprise" by the Henan Provincial Government and was honored with the title of "China Famous Brand Product" in 2005. In 2014, it was awarded the title of "Top 50 Comprehensive Strength Enterprises in the Casting and Forging Industry of Henan Province".

The casting material is stable and reliable, with high dimensional accuracy and superior surface quality. The single weight of the machine base castings produced by our company exceeds 3 tons, and the total length of the machine base is 2300mm. The machine base has high-density heat dissipation fins with good heat dissipation effect, and the corresponding supporting products are almost exported to countries such as GE in the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand.
