Nanyang Explosion Protection Group Co., Ltd. casting division is specialized in producing the high and low voltage explosion-proof motor frame, end cover, spare parts and other castings. The company also produces tools, machine accessories and generator castings. The casting material includes high strength gray iron, ductile iron, and copper alloy castings, aluminum alloy. The company was restructured in 2005 and its predecessor is the Foundry Factory of Nanyang Explosion Group Co., Ltd. The company has an independent legal personality. It is a member of Chinese Casting Association, and the vice chairman company of Henan Province Forging Industry Association.

The workshop sets up the model preparation process, modeling processes (clay sand, resin sand, non-ferrous metals), cleaning process and gold processing. The annual output can reach 15,000 tons of castings and the company has the corresponding processing capacity.

Melting process have 5 tons of intermediate frequency induction furnace, 5 tons of hot blast cupola, 1 ton of non-ferrous metal induction furnace, which can reach the annual output of 20,000 tons of iron water.

The company is equipped with the corresponding casting testing equipment, and controlled strictly according to JJF1112 measurement system requirements. The test can be effective on the mechanical properties of castings, chemical composition, the size of the line, surface quality inspection to make sure the quality of castings to meet the requirements.

The workshop has a CNC machining center, CNC milling and boring machine, 1.25 - 3.4 meter vertical lathe and CNC boring, which can satisfy the core process of all kinds of castings.
